As social media has become the preferred way for most people to interact with their friends and family, the ability to access smart phones, tablets, and even the internet at work has become a priority for many. In fact, over 25% of people polled, said that a companies existing social media usage policy would impact their decision to take a job with that company or not. Sound unbelievable? Well it is not.
